About Tracie
My career has been driven by interest in continuous learning, particularly about people, organizations and leadership.
I have nearly twenty years of experience in executive recruitment and have successfully completed 200+ searches. While at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global executive search firm, I partnered with a broad range of global companies, nonprofit organizations and universities to recruit leaders that shape these organizations, including members of the Board of Directors, CXOs and other executive level positions.
At General Motors, a Fortune 50 company, I played a key role in building the executive search function and lead full-cycle executive searches across a wide range of functions primarily in North America.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and a Master’s degree from Ohio State University. I have completed executive coaching coursework through the Co-Active Training Institute and am currently pursuing the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
I previously served on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Georgia and the Georgia Tech Women Alumnae Network.
